Shenzhen
Polytechnic
is located in
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, P. R. China.
Bordering Hong Kong, Shenzhen is China’s first
and the most successful Special Economic Zone to
practice reform and opening-up policy.
Statistics in 2006 indicates that the city’s GDP
per capita surpassed US$10,000 in 2007, ranking the first
among all cities in Mainland China.

Polytechnic is accredited as a model for technical
and vocational higher education by
the State Ministry of Education.

Polytechnic has been authorized by Guangdong
Provincial Education Department to recruit
international students for Chinese language
learning, vocational skill training and course
studies.
